Savanah Design Co. was formed as the expression and fulfillment of a life-long dream. Savanah became obsessed with architecture and interior design at a very young age. Growing up in the family business of selling and restoring high-end pianos, she was introduced to the arts early on. This work enabled her to travel the country and even Europe alongside her father. Working for accomplished pianists, esteemed music schools and other organizations gave Savanah a glimpse into a much bigger picture of life than the small rural town where she grew up. By the age of 6 years old, Savanah was drawing sketches of furniture, room layouts, and even blueprints for elaborate house plans. (All of which included a 9' Steinway Concert Grand!)

 Savanah's experiences in the homes and buildings where the pianos took her father's company led her on a journey in appreciation for fine art and good design. From soaring gilded ceilings in client's homes in Washington D.C, impressive Tudors in Chicago, to 20th-story flats in Manhattan, Savanah's accumulated experiences in fabulous culture helped shape her creative mind.

For years Savanah used her passion and skills in design to create her own spaces and those of close friends/family.

Savanah spent several years selling real estate full time, giving her even more insight and knowledge into the Michigan housing market, design styles and trends. But- she always knew it was more than real estate alone that excited her. With the encouragement of her supportive husband, Savanah took the leap from real estate into working full time as an interior design professional.

 Home is more than a collection of rooms—it is the backdrop for life's most meaningful moments. It is where children grow, holidays are celebrated, friendships are nurtured, and ordinary days become cherished memories. Great design should do more than look beautiful; it should evoke a feeling. It should bring comfort, inspire connection, and create a sense of belonging. Through the designer's eye and a collaborative approach, Savanah Design Co. helps uncover each client's unique vision, weaving together thoughtful details, functionality, and personal style to create spaces that feel authentic, meaningful, and unmistakably their own.
